atmospheric and sustainable lighting concepts for cities, towns, shopping centres, real estate
areas and tourist destinations. Our projects provide an experience, strengthen the area’s
attractiveness and bring people together.
Blachere Sweden is managed by Blachere Illumination Nederland/Avontuur. From this
organization, we support the Swedish market in sales, project management, design and
operations.
To further shape our growth in Sweden, we are looking for an entrepreneurial regional sales
manager for Gothenburg and Malmö. In this role, you will be responsible for building long-term
customer relationships and developing new projects in municipalities, city centers, real estate
organizations and shopping areas.

What should you do?
As a regional sales manager, you are responsible for building, maintaining and further
developing customer relationships within your region.
You will work together with municipalities, city centres, property owners and other stakeholders
to realise inspiring lighting concepts and successfully lead projects from start to finish.
Your work will include:
• Full-time employment with the prospect of a long-term collaboration;
• To maintain and expand existing customer relationships;
• Identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities within your region;
• Conducting customer interviews and site visits;
• To develop and present appropriate proposals and quotes;
• Working together with colleagues in sales support, design and project management;
• Monitor projects from order to delivery and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.

Who are you?
We are looking for a curious, independent and relationship-oriented professional who is
energized by building sustainable customer relationships.
In addition, you have:
• Experience in B2B sales, customer management, or business development;
• A relevant education is a plus but not a requirement;
• Experience with municipalities, public organizations, property owners, shopping areas or
similar organizations is an advantage;
• The ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships;
• Strong communication and commercial skills;
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach;
• The ability to work independently and set priorities;
• Excellent oral and written command of the Swedish language as well as good command
of English orally and in writing;
• A valid driver’s license.
Location and travel
The position focuses mainly on the regions of Gothenburg and Malmö. You will be responsible
for maintaining and further developing customer relationships in these areas.
Regular trips within western and southern Sweden are part of the job. In addition, there may be
temporary trips within Sweden or to colleagues in the Netherlands.
